For those who missed DRAGG’s newest build in SEMA at the FORD booth, here is the DRAGG 3. DRAGG (Drag Racing Against Gangs & Graffiti) is a nonprofit after-school program in the city of Oxnard where police officers and people from the automotive industry mentor local high school students. They help high school students stay motivated and focus on the future and on positive life choices and stay out of trouble. The DRAGG 3 is a Thin Blue Line themed 2015 Mustang Ecoboost with many modifications including: Vortech Engineering intercooler system, Borla “Attack” cat-back exhaust system, AIRAID intake, BAMA tuning, TruFiber carbon fiber fuse box and radiator support covers, Air Lift performance suspension, Wilwood front and rear big brake kits. Modifications done to the exterior include: Commercial auto body paint, Air Design USA carbon fiber body kit and rear spoiler, City of Oxnard Fleet Services custom police push bar, 3M graphics and logos, West Coast Lights & Siren Federal Signal police lighting package, the Lighting Firm headlights, and “Thin Blue Line” stripe. The interior has interior lighting, Custom “Thin Blue Line” seats, and West Coast Lights & Siren police radio system.
Velgen Wheels VMB7
DRAGG decided to go with Velgen Wheels VMB7 in Satin Black. Nitto Invo tires wrapped around the VMB7s. In the front they had a 20×9 with 255/35/20 and in the rear they had a 20×10.5 with 295/35/20.
